  • Refractometry and profilometry in digital holography microscopy
  • Refraction index and cellular thickness decoupling in phase microscopy

Interests :

  • Optical techniques dedicated to the exploration of biomarkers and endophenotypes related to psychiatric disorders (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and recurrent depression)
  • Molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying cerebral functions
  • Quantitative phase microscopy (digital holography microscopy, diffraction tomography)
  • Functional multimodal imaging using digital holography microscopy (electrophysiology, fluorescence, CARS, SHG, THG)
  • Intrinsic optical signal (spatially and temporally resolved reflectance spectroscopy)
